I am so happy that you all are submitting deviations like crazy, as an admin, I am happy for this group to be so big.

However, there is something I must say.

I can guess that you are all very well aware that it is our responsibility as admins to manage ALL of the  deviations that you post to this wonderful community every single day. I truly am amazed to all the dedication that you put to your cosplays, drawings, artsy crafts, etc, etc.

And for all of the deviations to have a special part in our gallery, and that is why we have FOLDERS, for you to add your deviations in a more organized and efficient way.

I've been seeing as of lately, that some of you have been submitting some of the deviations that don't go within the parameters of said folder. I'm not angry or annoyed at all, in fact, I almost always try to tell some of you where to submit your deviations.

But that is tiresome, and it would be of great help if you all bothered to see what folders we have for you. I will add them to the description soon.

But in the meanwhile, I ask you in the most politely way, to please check out all of òur folders before submitting a deviation. It would make our work a whole lot easier.

and just a reminder about one of them: THE CONTEST FOLDER IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR CONTESTS. Any deviation that is not a contest submission will be absolutely denied.

Also, don't be afraid to send us any doubt you may have. we'll be more than happy to help in any way.

Was my deviation declined because of the folder I submitted it to? I submitted it to the Kingdom Hearts 2 folder because the reference I used was from the opening and I just thought stuff like that went into that folder.
